Wizkid Drops Music Video for His Chart-Topping Hit ‘Kese’

After months of anticipation, Grammy-winning Nigerian superstar Wizkid has finally released the official music video for his hit single ‘Kese (Dance)’ on March 5, 2025.

‘Kese’ was released as the second lead single from Wizkid’s sixth studio album, Morayo. Upon release, the song made an instant impact, breaking the record for the highest first-day streams on Spotify Nigeria.

This marks the second music video from Morayo, following ‘Piece of My Heart’ featuring Brent Faiyaz, which recently won Best Contemporary Duo or Group at the 2025 NAACP Awards.

Wizkid is set for a massive year, as he prepares to embark on the Morayo Tour across Europe. The Afrobeats star has announced major tour dates in France, the Netherlands, and Germany, performing at top venues:

  • Berlin, Germany (May 21) – Velodrome Arena (12,000 capacity)
  • Rotterdam, Netherlands (May 23) – Ahoy RTM Stage
  • Paris, France (May 25) – Accor Arena (20,000 capacity)

Released in November 2024, Morayo features an exciting mix of local and international collaborations, including:

  • Asake
  • Tiakola (French hitmaker)
  • Anaïs Cardot (French-Gabonese singer)
  • Jazmine Sullivan (American R&B star)
  • Brent Faiyaz

Wizkid’s return to touring follows his impressive streak of sold-out concerts, including:

  • Three consecutive nights at the O2 Arena in London
  • Headlining the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

As one of Nigeria’s biggest global stars, Wizkid continues to push boundaries in Afrobeats. With the ‘Kese’ video finally out and a major tour on the way, 2025 is shaping up to be another landmark year for the superstar.
