Tems Wins Best African Music Performance at 67th Grammy Awards

Tems wins Best African Music Performance category at the 67th Grammys

Nigerian superstar Tems has secured her second Grammy Award, winning the Best African Music Performance category at the 67th Grammys.

This marks a historic moment as Nigerian artists featured in all the nominated songs for the category, which was introduced in 2024 and previously won by South African star Tyla for Water.

Tems triumphed over strong competition, including Yemi Alade’s Tomorrow, Asake’s MMS featuring Wizkid, Chris Brown’s Sensational featuring Davido and Lojay, and Burna Boy’s Higher.

Her latest Grammy win further cements her status as one of Africa’s most globally celebrated artists.
