As Tems prepares to release her highly anticipated debut album, ‘Born In The Wild’, on June 7, 2024, she’s building excitement by sharing a sneak peek into one of the album’s tracks.
On June 4, 2024, Tems took to her social media to tease track 12, ‘Free Fall’, featuring American rapper J Cole. This snippet follows her recent performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk, where she showcased another unreleased song, ‘Unfortunate’.
Tems has been in pre-album mode, sharing her journey and experiences in multiple interviews, including a day-long conversation with Nigerian YouTuber Korty EO and a return performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she performed her latest single, ‘Love Me Jeje’.
The debut album boasts 18 tracks, including two interludes and guest appearances from Asake and J Cole. Tems has shared that ‘Born In The Wild’ is a reflection of her personal experiences and growth, shaping her into the artist she is today.
