Solo Drive from London to Lagos. Pelumi Nubi gets rewarded with house and car

When Pelumi Nubi posted the first video which starts as the first of many to come on her solo drive from London to Lagos On January 31, 2024, little did she know that she will be rewarded so handsomely by the governor of Lagos state.
The governor of Lagos state welcomed Pelumi Nubi today with a brand new car, a new apartment and named her as Lagos Tourism ambassador.

The governor wrote:

“Every journey starts with a single step,
and @pelumi.nubi’s step from London to Lagos by road is nothing short of inspirational.

It’s a pleasure to congratulate Pelumi, now a Lagos Tourism Ambassador, whose resilience, positive
energy, and unwavering spirit are truly worth emulating.
A heartfelt thank you to her parents for nurturing such a remarkable soul.

In recognition of her incredible feat, the State will take over her entire bill for the trip, she has also received a brand new car and an apartment in Lagos, ensuring her journey continues on a path of success.

Pelumi, your dedication lights the way for others, and we’re thrilled to support you as you blaze forward.

Pelumi who is lives in the UK and has been a globe trotter. Trying to travel to as many countries as possible in the world. Having traveled to over 80 countries already, she decided to do this solo drive to Lagos from London.

Lumi is the name she christened her Peugeot 107 car that she use to criss cross around the countries in Europe and Africa to Nigeria.
