Famous street musician Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, is still in police custody due to his inability to meet the bail conditions for his release.
Portable was arrested for allegedly failing to pay a N14 million debt he incurred when he purchased a G-Wagon from a car dealer in Lagos State.
According to Benjamin Hundeyin, the spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, Portable will remain in detention until he produces a reliable surety to secure his bail.
“He has not presented a reliable surety yet, so he is still in our custody,” Hundeyin stated.
