Peter Okoye Responds to Song Theft Allegation from Twin Brother Paul

Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P and one-half of the P-Square duo, has publicly addressed the song theft accusations made by his twin brother, Paul Okoye (Rudeboy). Paul alleged that Peter, along with their former producer, Vampire, had stolen his song Winning, a track Paul intended to include in his upcoming album. According to Paul, he was surprised to find the song released by Peter, under the same title and producer.

In response, Peter took to social media to clarify that Winning was a collaborative effort between himself and Calypso60, with production credits going to Vampire and co-production by Goldswarm. He emphasized that it would be impossible for him to “steal his own property.”

Peter also appealed to his brother to stop the negativity and allow him to make music in peace. In his Instagram post, he said, “Just as I said in my open letter three months ago, ‘Allow me to do my music in peace.’” He further encouraged fans to keep streaming Winning, which is now available on all music platforms, and not to be distracted by the controversy.
