Osas Ighodaro Laments Inflation: “I Can Spend N1 Million in One Day”

Popular Nollywood actress Osas Ighodaro has expressed her frustration over the high rate of inflation in Nigeria, revealing that N1 million barely lasts her a day due to rising costs. In a recent interview with Pulse, she shared her thoughts on the current economic situation.

When asked, “How long will it take you to spend N1 million in this economy?” Ighodaro responded:

“How many seconds? You said seconds? Things are expensive. Maybe a day depending on what I am getting.”

In addition to discussing the financial strain caused by inflation, the actress also shared personal preferences and connections within the entertainment industry. She mentioned that if she’s having a bad day, the celebrity she would call is Wande Coal. Furthermore, she admired Toke Makinwa’s fashion sense, stating that she would love to raid her wardrobe due to its top-notch style.
