Nigerian rap legend Olamide has revealed the official tracklist for his highly anticipated self-titled album, and it’s stacked with heavyweight collaborations across Afrobeats, hip-hop, and dancehall.

The upcoming 17-track project features an impressive lineup of guest artists, including Wizkid, Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, BOJ, SPINALL, and Darkoo. On the international front, fans can expect appearances from Dr DRE, Popcaan, and Latino star Daecolm, making it one of Olamide’s most globally ambitious releases to date.
The album is scheduled to drop in June 2025, following the release of two singles, “Kai” and “99.”
“Kai”, released on April 29, 2025, is a nostalgic groove built on the classic Konto bounce, where Olamide and Wizkid serenade a love interest while showcasing their lavish lifestyles.
The song rekindles the long-standing chemistry between the two stars, who have been collaborating for over a decade.
His latest single “99” features an all-star lineup with Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, and Daecolm, giving fans a taste of the diverse sounds and energies the album promises.
The forthcoming album follows Olamide’s 2023 project Ikigai, which drew inspiration from the Japanese concept meaning “a reason to live.” That album delivered fan favorites like “Metaverse,” “Habibi,” and “Uptown Disco” featuring Asake and Fireboy DML.
This new project will mark Olamide’s 11th solo album, a milestone that reflects his remarkable consistency and relevance in a constantly shifting music landscape.

For over a decade, Olamide has not only remained at the top of the Nigerian music industry, he has also played a pivotal role in shaping it. As the founder of YBNL, he has launched the careers of stars like Lil Kesh, Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, and Asake, cementing his legacy not just as a performer but also as a visionary.
With this new self-titled album, Olamide is set to continue his legacy, blending street-inspired grit with global appeal, and reminding fans why he remains one of the greatest Nigerian artists of the 21st century.
