Chris Brown to Headline Afro Nation 2025 Alongside Afrobeats’ Biggest Stars

Chris Brown is set to take center stage at Afro Nation Festival 2025 in Portugal, headlining alongside Afrobeats heavyweights like Burna Boy, Davido, Tems, Mary J. Blige, and Booba. The world’s biggest Afrobeats festival will take place from June 26 to June 28, 2025, at Praia da Rocha, Portimão, Portugal.

This marks a significant moment for Afro Nation, as Chris Brown, who has long expressed his admiration for Afrobeats, joins the lineup. The Grammy-winning R&B superstar has collaborated with some of Afrobeats’ biggest names, including Davido, Wizkid, and Rema, making his appearance at the festival a natural and exciting addition.

Joining him will be:

  • Burna Boy – The Grammy-winning star behind Last Last and Ye.
  • Davido – Afrobeats hitmaker with anthems like Unavailable and Fall.
  • Tems – The powerhouse vocalist known for Free Mind and Essence.
  • Mary J. Blige – The iconic R&B legend bringing her soulful classics.
  • Booba – The French rap icon blending hip-hop with African influences.

Afro Nation Portugal has become a must-attend event, drawing thousands of fans worldwide to celebrate Afrobeats, R&B, hip-hop, Amapiano, and dancehall in a vibrant beachside setting. The 2025 edition promises an unforgettable experience, complete with high-energy performances, DJ sets, and surprise collaborations.

With Chris Brown’s electrifying stage presence added to the mix, this year’s Afro Nation is shaping up to be one for the history books.
