Afrobeats star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, and his wife Chioma have left Nigeria following their extravagant wedding.
On Thursday, Davido shared images of their private jet on his X account with the caption:
“Let’s first launch this one.”
A video also showed the couple boarding the jet in Lagos, accompanied by team members including Asa Asika, Lati, and Chioma’s manager, Ubi Franklin.
Although the destination and purpose of their travel were not disclosed, it is widely speculated that the newlyweds are heading off for their honeymoon.
Davido and Chioma’s wedding was a grand affair, attended by numerous celebrities and dignitaries. During the celebration, Davido gifted Chioma a car, and the couple received generous gifts of dollars from their family and friends.
