Ayra Starr Compares Nigerian and British Cultures

Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr has remarked that Nigeria and the United Kingdom share many cultural similarities. In a recent interview with Capital Xtra in London, she highlighted the strong cultural connection between the two countries.

“I feel like the UK is very similar to Nigeria. The culture is not much different,” she said.

Starr also reflected on her recent tour experience with Chris Brown, describing it as eye-opening.

“Going on tour with Chris Brown was eye-opening,” she noted.

Additionally, Ayra Starr shared her admiration for songs like Rihanna’s “B**ch Better Have My Money” and SZA’s “Snooze,” expressing a wish that she had written them. She also mentioned her desire to relocate to New York in the future.
