Famed Nigerian singer, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, widely known as D’banj, gave an unexpected treat to passengers on Lagos’ Blue Line Train and BRT bus. The afrobeats star turned an ordinary commute into an unforgettable experience by hosting a spontaneous concert and showering the crowd with gifts.
In a video now circulating on social media, D’banj can be seen dancing with an elderly woman onboard the train while passengers joyfully sang along to one of his new tracks from his album, The Entertainer.

As part of his generosity, D’banj covered the fare costs for all passengers on the trip by reloading their Cowry Cards, ensuring that everyone left with not just memories but tangible gifts as well.
