Singer Davido’s logistics manager, Israel DMW, has responded to a leaked audio recording of his conversation with Sophia Momodu.
This comes amidst the ongoing custody battle between Davido and his baby mama, Sophia. Recently, Israel shaded Sophia on social media, accusing her of being a gold digger and criticizing her for having a relationship with Davido despite their age difference.
In response, Sophia released an audio clip where Israel can be heard apologizing to her. Reacting to the leak, Israel clarified that the conversation happened months ago.
He wrote, “Ahhh. Conversation from months ago.”
The leaked audio emerged following an incident where Sophia confronted Israel over comments he made regarding her daughter, Imade, in an interview. Israel had written “My Oga’s money” in response to Imade’s statements about visiting many countries, implying that Davido funded his child’s numerous trips. This comment did not sit well with Sophia, who has accused Davido of abandoning their daughter since July 2022.
