Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan Becomes the Fastest Woman in the World

Nigerian sensation Tobi Amusan showcased her lightning speed at the first-ever Jamaica Athletics Invitational held on Saturday, May 11.

Amusan sprinted to victory in the women’s 100m hurdles, setting a new world-leading record of 12.40 seconds in Kingston. She outpaced home favorite and reigning world champion Danielle Williams, who finished closely behind at 12.46 seconds, with USA’s Christina Clemens securing third place in 12.54 seconds
